Update 2: Alright. I'm trying because this honestly looks too cool and I'm like dying because all these people I know are making apps and they look AMAZING. I'm so jealous.
But anyways. I basically just switched Zephyr's species because I can't draw Articuno. So now he's a Cobalion who was raised in the icy mountains haha. But I think it'd still make sense because Cobalion aren't exactly the warmest species around. At least I hope. So that's all I changed about him from his previous app, because I loved his personality and stuff.
Now I love him even more, seriously. I actually fell in love with his design while making him, like omg. <33 I really do want to get in now, I mean I actually put effort into him. Even though I'm kind of late, I'm really hoping to get in because this totes got me out of my stupor. Oh yiss.

Habitat: Caves and mountians

History: Zephyr was born cold. And on a mountain near the Kanto region. That's all he quite knew as a little boy, but he grew up with loving and kind guardians, despite their faults. He was raised by a Dewgong, who he called Mother, and a Walrein, who he dignified as Father. He didn't know who really hatched him, but he didn't care. His father the Walrein was from a family that was highly regarded on the mountain, and he wouldn't stand for Zephyr's mishaps. He tried to whip the small Cobalion into shape, but as a young legendary exploring his powers, he was a bit out of control. Zephyr was having too much fun as a young kid. When he was supposed to be taught arithmatic and language by his father, who felt it was important to be educated, he would go outside and run around. Pull pranks, mess around, wreak havoc on the mountain. His mother, the Dewgong, was different than his father. She believed that giving Zephyr freedom would shape him in its own. Letting him learn his own lessons was the best way to teach the young Cobalion. His mother and father disagreed on many things and fought sometimes, but Zephyr didn't notice that often. He was a little too busy putting his life at risk with all his little stunts. His parents did both agree on one thing though, Zephyr would have to stop that daredevil behavior!

Growing older quickly, Zephyr aged much faster than a normal pokemon would have. His parents worried that he would injure himself because of his rather risky behavior. However, Zephyr did it for the most part to impress the Pokemon on the mountian. Being a legendary was apparently intimidating, and his frightening looks only made it worse. He got somewhat dejected when the other kids would run away, and when he would realize he couldn't fight with anyone on the mountain due to his status. He started to grow cold with his age, partly because he had a minute amount of friends and partly because his parents weren't getting any younger.

When he was a teenager, his father got very ill. Zephyr, now older and much more mature, watched over him until his untimely death. His mother, stunned, tried to comfort her son but couldn't even contain herself. Zephyr got angry with her and demanded to know why they had kept him here. He stated that if they had moved to the ocean, his father would have been fine and Zephyr would have had friends and an overall better life. His mother confessed that she and his father had been told to keep him here, away from civilization and humans so that he would grow to be a strong leader. Zephyr, in hearing this, was in a state of disbelief. He didn't know what to do, his father was gone. He ran away from his distraught mother, angry with himself and the world.

While out, Zephyr was confronted by a Lapras. He didn't recognize this Pokemon, and of course had never seen a Lapras before. He didn't care enough and was too upset to notice, however. The other Pokemon, who seemed to be older and much wiser, asked him about his problem and Zephyr spilt. He confessed everything he was mad about to this mysterious being and didn't even think about the fact that he had no idea who he was saying this too. The Lapras said, after hearing everything, that Zephyr should deal with his problems in his own ways, words which the Cobalion took to heart. He went back to his mother and told her he was leaving, not sparing her a glance. He icily ignored her pleas for him to stay and went to other regions, not knowing anything outside of his teachings and minimal social skills. Luckily for Zephyr, he was highly intelligent and generally knew to stay away from other Pokemon. However, on his journey to cool down, he saw what horrible things people did. There were people who stole and beat Pokemon, people who wanted the spirits to themselves. They wanted to be on the same level as the legendaries.

Zephyr, deeply touched by what he had seen, returned to his artic tundra. He didn't bother to see his mother, check on her, and went straight to the peak of the mountain. He was again met by the same Lapras, who started to ask him about what he had seen. He admitted what he witnessed, and how people no longer esteemed the spirits. Zephyr started to get annoyed with this mysterious Pokemon when it started to smile, and he asked what it could possibly want from him. It said nothing but to follow it, and Zephyr's curiosity got the best of him. The Lapras transported them with its powers to a lush forest, much to Zephyr's disdain. There were two statues of Darmanitan, and a purple wall. He was very confused by the looks of it all and turned to ask the mystery Lapras but it was gone. He figured he no longer had anything to lose from it, so he went inside.

Moveset:
Sacred Sword - The user attacks by slicing with its long horns. The target's stat changes don't affect this attack's damage.
Iron Head -The user slams the target with its steel-hard head. It may also make the target flinch.
Swords Dance - A frenetic dance to uplift the fighting spirit. It sharply raises the user’s Attack stat.
Helping Hand -The user assists an ally by boosting the power of its attack. _{(To be honest, I don't really know why he knows this. He isn't a team player at all, and likes to do his own thing.)}

Extras/Fun Facts: He dislikes confrontation and can often be seen as aloof and apathetic.

But to clear this up for myself, he isn't as cold as he is awkward. He hasn't been exposed to many things, so he's somewhat childish in that respect. Zephyr will act stern and in control, but he's really quite naive on the inside. However, he is still generally uncaring of what others are doing, and will hardly ever show his old personality unless he knows you very well. His leading skills are in need of improvement, but he can remain calm in most situations.

Chocolate is his secret love.
Terribly afraid of fire and excessive heat.
He used to be a daredevil, but has since matured out of that. You can still catch him doing crazy things if he's not around anyone.
He grooms himself carefully, because of his dislike for dirty grimy things.
He's a hopeless romantic, secretly.
Although he is a loner, he is a born leader. He likes things to be calm and in control.
He was actually a sort of bleeding heart as a young kid, but taught himself to shove feelings away.
His glare is like, super intense. Like really.
He does indeed like cold places. They match his persona.
He has two gold fin things on each shoulder and one tail fin thing. He doesn't even like swimming, what.
