Strengths:

Swimming/hydrokinesis - Lindsey can swim like super well ok. He's a sea serpent so yeah and he has gills so that was really self-explanatory. He can also move the water around him slightly, however he doesn't do it because he's a lazy ass and it takes too much effort. Too much effort for such a cool and aloof boy. Too much.

Cool exterior - Lindsey is able to keep his head in most situations. He doesn't let many things rattle him and is normally carefree and relaxed.

Card games/games in general especially skill games - he loves games a lot alright here we go-- Since he has such an obsession with luck he's played a lot of games and particularly loves to gamble (poker and that sort of thing). He has an ok poker face yo.

Weaknesses:

Anything dry or hot - Wow okay if he's dehydrated he can't even move or talk or anything. So basically he carries around a water bottle all the time and if it's hot outside he'll pour it on himself and jump in the lake and that sort of thing. He typically gets in trouble with Angus, the English teacher, because the lake is dirty and he tracks water in the school.

Drugs and alcohol - WOW ADDICT DRUGGIE ADMIN CHARACTER YEP;; Lindsey is seriously addicted to all sorts of stuff. He and Eros, the counselor, bond over getting high ok. Just yeah the school stopped caring a while ago.

Drive - Lazy as fuck omg. He's never been able to hold a job.

Personality:

Lindsey is pretty much a huge dick most of the time! He basically acts really COOL and ALOOF all the time because he realized that's what it takes in the human world to him. He can be okay if you like squint and try really hard but mostly he's just gonna be a prick. Also a big part of Lindsey's persona is his weirdass obsession with luck wowee. He'll be seriously outgoing and brazen if his luck is great that day, and then the next he may not even get out of bed because his luck is so awful. And if you're his friend he'll educate you on your luck for the day and that stuff. Same thing if he likes you, he'll get really worried if you act out on a day when your luck isn't too good.

If you really befriend him he can be a bit clingy and protective. He'll invite you over to stick needles in your arms if you're cool with that yo. Plus he likes to mess with you if you're friendly (ex. he gives Gavin drugs and a dildo for a Chrismas present).

History:

Lindsey was raised in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. His family was very large, but very well known as a highly prestigious and prominent clan of sea serpents. His parents were not very touchy or kind to Lindsey but he was fine with it. He knew they had their own things to do, like territory settling and eating people and ships and that stuff. He got plenty of attention from his teachers when he was a small boy. The small sea serpent was an intelligent and obedient boy until he found his ability to turn into a human.

When he was just starting to be able to sink ships on his own, Lindsey was surprised by accidentally becoming human when dining on fish. After delivering the news to his parents, they were appalled. They didn't think humans were worth anything, even though being able to turn into one is an extremely rare and valuble ability. His parents didn't know what to do with their now-repulsive son. He was a disgrace to the family, and something had to be done to expel him and keep their purebred reputation. Lindsey was disowned and sent on his way, forced to swim alone.

He had no idea what to do or where to go so he started to go up on land in his human form. This normally brought stares and screams because of his tail and fins, but he didn't really care for their reactions. Humans were still his secondary source of food, so he didn't exactly need to impress them. He became a little too comfy around people, and began to adapt to their culture. He ate cheeseburgers and smoked and drank and wow drugs. The sea serpent also started to take in celebrities and other idols, trying to become like them. Although it came to his attention that people were starting to take serious notice of his fins and stuff. Unable to get away with the EXCELLENT cosplay excuse anymore, he escaped to a more secluded area up north. However when he was in Maine he learned of Vitrum through some druggie thing (ok), and thought he'd check the school out.
